On Dec/02, a Sunday evening, around 120 guests gathered for a noble cause of supporting children’s literacy at a gala evening of entertainment, fine dining and a passionate conversation. The evening was dedicated for the Foundation for freedom and its noble cause of “Education”. The event was held at around 6 pm in the vibrant city of San Francisco’s elegant New Delhi Restaurant.
The evening started with volunteered entertainment show featuring solo singing by 17 years old Kidane and own poetry readings by Maria Peeple and Brook Barman that enthralled the audience. Then our own surgical resident duo Nina and Shailvi excelled in their scintillating dance performance. The entertainments ended with the finale of magic show by our Cyrus Stoller that was really spellbinding.
Secretary Joya made an appeal for funding for running our school in Haiti, Sujata talked about our school for the deaf, mute and blinds in India.
