Marathi Purva Madhyamic School

Shendla Village in Vidharbar region of Maharashtra, India

The region has been recently been in the news due to thousands of farmers committing suicide due to proverty. This project aims at initiating a long term program to provide infrastructure as well as educational resources to the school to better educate and empower the poor children.

Developments in the primary school

  • Provide cement roof to prevent school cancellations during the rainy season due to leaky roof
  • Desks / chair for students
  • Blackboard and desk and chairs for 10 teachers.
